7a. Cheques/Bankers Drafts - Cheques and banker's draft must be made payable to "University of Stirling" and crossed "A/C payee only". All cheques must be drawn on a UK bank account and made out in British Pounds (sterling). 7c. Cancellations - Cancellations received in writing on or before ten (10) working days before the event will be subject to a £25 administration fee. After this date no refunds can be made nor invoices cancelled. Substitution of delegates is acceptable at any time before commencement of the Symposium. In the event of cancellation by the organisers liability will be limited to a refund of the fees paid. No refunds will be paid until the Symposium closes. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to make changes to speakers, content or timing of the programme.

7d. In exceptional circumstances, other forms of payment may be negotiated with the organisers (Contact: p.r.yates@stir.ac.uk). Delegates should note that such arrangements may be subject to a small surcharge to cover additional administrative costs
