Submitting an abstract - The following guidelines apply to abstract submission:

• All abstracts must submitted and presented in English;
• The actual abstract (the presentation description) should not exceed 150 words;
• For each abstract the conference theme has to be indicated;
• You may submit more than one abstract if you wish;
• Complete contact information for the lead author and presenter must be included

Please use the EWODOR Symposium Abstract Form. Abstracts submitted in any other format will not be accepted. The Abstract Form is in Word format and may therefore be completed on-screen.

Deadline
The Scientific Committee requires that authors submit their abstracts no later than 11th September 2009. Lead authors (other co-authors will not be notified) will be notified by e-mail regarding the decision of the Committee on or before 14th September 2009. Authors of accepted abstracts must formally register for the conference.
